Usually on the home page of the web site is a user log in.  Underneath the login area it says "No Account Yet?" and a link to "register". 

Depending on how the site is set up you may need to access it through the "Site Map".

You will need a valid email address to register because you will be automatically sent an email for verification.  Once you clink on the link and verify that you're using a valid email address you will be allowed to log in and use the members only areas of the web site.

Depending on how the web site is set up you may also access logging in though the "Site Map" and may register or log in through the Discussion Forum.

You can submit your favorite material by Registering. Once you are registered you will be able to submit articles, quotes, links, news items, and any other category of information for publication here on this site.  

Of course you can also simply Contact Us and submit your material that way.

We respect your privacy and have zero tolerance for Spam.  At the bottom of every email you receive from us through one of our newsletters is the information you need to unsubscribe.  Simply click on the link and you will be unsubscribed and at your option your information will be completely removed from our database. 

We would certainly be sorry to see you go but we also completely understand the need to keep the amount of email you receive under control.

Any comments made on content are held for approval to keep Spam off of the site.

We probably define SPAM a bit differently than many people because we actually support people in their marketing efforts and we're a lot more likely to cut you some slack if the posting adds value to our onlin community.
